Refund and cancellation

Read this first: the paying customer here is the business that holds a listing, not the person looking for a service. This policy governs the listing fee only. It does not govern any work a listed business carries out for you, which is a matter between you and them.

Billing cycle

A slot is billed [[TK: monthly or annual cycle, and the billing date]]. Payment is due in advance of the period it covers.

Cancelling

Notice period is [[TK: notice period]]. Tell me on WhatsApp or by email and it takes effect at the end of the current period.

Annual prepayment

What happens to the listing page

On cancellation the listing page is removed, the verification mark comes off any guide page that carried it, and enquiry buttons for that slot stop. [[TK: whether the URL 410s or redirects to the category hub]]. The slot may then be offered to another business in the same category and area.
