If you search for a plumber in Trivandrum you get forty listings, no prices, and a phone call from eight people who bought your number. None of those listings tells you what the job should cost or what to ask before agreeing to it. That gap is the entire reason for this site.

So YesNear works the other way around. One business per service per area, checked in person, with the date shown. The pages carry real prices and real local detail, and the enquiry button reaches one person who answers.

How it pays for itself

The listed business pays a monthly fee for its slot. Visitors pay nothing and are never the product. There is no commission on any job, so nobody has a reason to push you towards more work than you need. How a listing works sets out the terms in full.

What I will not do

I will not sell an enquiry to more than one business. I will not publish a listing I have not verified. I will not invent a price to fill a page, which is why an unchecked figure shows as a placeholder rather than a plausible number.
